今日は親友の夢ちゃんの彼との記念日。
today was yume-chan's anniversary with her boy ^^
チーズ&パンぐらい簡単な手料理があったらいいなーと彼氏に暗示された夢ちゃんは
今朝いっぱいの材料を持って来て「作って見せるわ、彼に作って見せる！」と根気を持って言ってくれた。
あまりにも可愛くて、手伝ってあげずにはいられなかったよ ^^
では、ラブラブ記念ランチ大作戦、よーいスタート！
hinted by him how great it would be if he could have some handmade cheese and bread sandwich,
yume-chan popped by my place with hands so full of groceries!
and so we got started on her "raburabu annivesary lunch challenge" ^^
彼の大好きなバナナくるみパンと普通の白パンをフルーツナイフでハートの形にしておき、
inspired by a valentines bento set on the internet, we cut little heart shapes from his favourite banana and walnut bread.
最寄のスーパーで買って来たハニーベイクドハムと（リクエストされた）チーズもハートの形にした。
next, we tailored a slice of heart-shaped honey baked ham and cheese for each heart-shaped bread.

お皿の上に綺麗にのせて、
いちごで盛り付けると・・・ でき上がり♥
lay them on a plate neatly and garnish with fresh korean strawberries ♥
めちゃ綺麗にできたじゃないですか！←自分褒めｗ
でも男にとってこれぐらいだとお昼としては足りないから、
厚めのバゲットガーリックブレッドを前菜にｗ
that may be slightly too little for a boy's lunch hence we prepared some garlic bread too ^^
thick baguette slices stuffed with garlic butter, garnished with coriander bits.
見た目では簡単にできそうだけど、
実際にやると色々気を配らないといけないところが結構あるよ！
自分も結構こだわりの人なので、
完璧なハートな形ができるまで何枚のチーズも切り繰り返してたね…笑
though lunch seemed pretty easy to make, way more effort is needed to make it decent!
being quite a perfectionist, i had to slice many pieces of cheese repeatedly just to get the right shape.
ありがたいことに、本日のラブラブ記念ランチは大成功でした♪
thankfully, our "raburabu anniversary lunch" mission was accomplished!
